  • REMEMBER:   Our time together will start at 10:25 a.m. in order to give us the opportunity to hear about the missions and ministries that are active and the events that are being planned at MGBC.  Our hope is that by 10:30 a.m. we will be prepared for the purpose for which we have gathered; and that is of course to worship God.

  • MISSIONS OPPORTUNITY:  Madison Mace, daughter of Jim & Leslie Clay, will be going to Honduras on a medical mission trip from Feb.8th until Feb. 15th.  She and other students in the Allied Health program at CVCC will be providing both medical and dental services to residents of Tela, Honduras.  This is an area that has limited access to electricity, running water and healthcare services.  As a church, we have the opportunity to support Madison by contributing financially to the expenses of this trip which costs $1800 per person.  Please prayerfully consider making a donation to help cover the cost of Madison’s trip.  A love offering will be taken up on Jan. 19th.  If you prefer, you can put your donation in a special offering envelope marked for Helping Hands for Honduras.  Madison will talk briefly about her trip during our Focus on Missions service on Jan. 19th.
  •  YOUTH CONFERENCE:  Our youth will be attending Crossroads Winter Conference in Gatlinburg TN on January 17th – January 20th.  Please be in prayer for all those who will be attending this conference.
  • THANK YOU:  Thank you all for the wonderful meal and good wishes you honored us with upon the occasion of my retirement.  Everything was very appreciated.  Thank you again!  With love, Ruth
