




To the members of Mountain Grove:
MGBC’s Annual Meeting will be held after worship service on August 17th. The Nominating Committee Report will be presented for approval. We will also conduct the election of Deacons. Six individuals have agreed to serve as Deacon if elected. This year we need to elect three Deacons. One will complete a 2-year term due to the resignation of one Deacon. Two will complete 3-year terms. Please prayerfully consider your choices for Deacon. Because of the amendment to our By-laws, individuals who are unable to be present on the 17th can submit an absentee ballot prior to the meeting. Anyone needing an absentee ballot can pick one up from the church office Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. -1 p.m. Absentee ballots must be returned to the office prior to the meeting on the August 17th.
